General Recitals:
These Terms and Conditions shall govern the relationship between the sale and purchase of artwork (hereinafter referred to as the “Artwork” or “Artworks”) on the online art trade website www.arty.mn. The Terms and Conditions shall apply equally to all Artworks on the www.arty.mn website. Before visiting www.arty.mn or making a purchase, the customer shall read the Terms and Conditions. To purchase an Artwork, you must be registered on the website and have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions. If you refuse to accept the Terms and Conditions, all purchases will not be processed. In order to improve the quality of the service, the Terms and Conditions may be updated in some cases and it is recommended to read them each time you make a purchase.

Artworks:
The collection of Artworks on the website www.arty.mn consists of quality artworks and paintings for decorative purposes only, qualified by professional consultants. The photo of the Artworks on the www.arty.mn website is only for demonstration purposes and we have tried to show the true color palette as much as possible. However, we cannot guarantee the resolution or color palette of your computer screen. The customer shall get acquainted with all information on the Artwork size and other relevant information in the Section “Artwork Details”. All of the Artworks on the website are available, except those marked “Sold”, and before you refresh the page at the moment of purchase, the previous customer can buy the Artwork you are interested in before you. In this case, www.arty.mn will notify you immediately.
Artwork Price:
The price of the Artwork will be the artist's assessment and www.arty.mn does not set the price.
The price of the Artwork will include the price of the delivery service in Ulaanbaatar and VAT, depending on whether the customer is a VAT payer or not. Artwork prices do not include local or international shipping costs and vary by province and country. The price may change daily and from time to time depending on the promotion. The revised price does not apply to Artworks that have already been purchased and paid for. The price is considered to be notified to all customers by re-registration on the www.arty.mn website.
Customer’s Personal Information:
We will use the customer's personal information for the purposes of order confirmation, delivery, news and information and shall be governed by the Privacy Policy.
Force Majeure:
Both parties shall be exempted from responsibility for delays in delivery of Artworks or disruptions to purchases due to the inability to transport by plane, train or domestic mail due to Force Majeure events. Force majeure events shall include floods, fires, riots and state and local curfews.
Communication:
Any communication between customers and www.arty.mn, such as suggestions, complaints, orders, questions and answers related to Artworks, will be considered as official communication only in writing or through the contact@arty.mn email address. If you have any questions or complaints about purchases or services, you can send an e-mail to contact@arty.mn. Any communication other than written or e-mail shall not be considered official communication and shall not be accepted as an official final decision on any matter arising.
Intellectual Property:
Ungut Art LLC is the owner of www.arty.mn web development and all content information registered on this website. All property on this website, including the website, brand, model, image, text, logo, software, data, sound, image, video, and domain name, is protected by the Law on Copyright and Related Rights and the Law on Trademark and Geographical Indication of Mongolia. The customer is prohibited from using or disseminating information from this website in any form or for any purpose without prior written permission.
Purchases and Payments:
In order to avoid errors and misunderstandings during the purchase process, you must carefully read and accept the Terms and Conditions. The purchase shall be confirmed after the customer has made a 100% payment by choosing one of the payment methods offered by the website. In some cases, there may be network outages in the banking system and inter-bank transactions may be delayed, so we will send a confirmation email to your registered email address as soon as we receive your payment. If the payment confirmation e-mail is not sent, it will be considered that www.arty.mn has not received the payment, so you can inquire by calling 976-11-319157. After the payment is confirmed, you will receive an Order Confirmation form from www.arty.mn to your registered email address. In case of non-receipt, the order will be considered unconfirmed, so please contact sales@arty.mn for checking. You will be notified by e-mail within 24 hours in the event that the order is not confirmed due to reasons such as sold out, unavailability of delivery, lost price or other information. If the order is not confirmed due to the fault of www.arty.mn, the order payment will be returned 100% without any commission within 3 working days.
