Cancellation of a purchase:

After full payment and confirmation of the purchase, the customer must send a cancellation request to sales@arty.mn within 3 hours after the purchase or before the artwork is ready for delivery.

The response to the request will be sent to the user's registered e-mail address, and the payment will be returned in the amount minus the bank transaction fee.

If you do not receive a confirmation of cancellation, the purchase will not be considered canceled and can be inquired by calling 976-11-319157.

Paintings are valuable and sensitive products, and orders cannot be canceled, returned or exchanged in the following cases:

  • Purchases cannot be canceled once the item has been shipped.
  • Custom drawing (shapes and colors are drawn according to the customer's order)
  • Framed paintings
  • Orders made outside the territory of Mongolia
